Halliburton Software Donation to the Petroleum Engineering Program

Halliburton Energy Services, through its Landmark subsidiary, has made a software donation valued at over $3 million to the Bagley College of Engineering in support of the Petroleum Engineering Program. Halliburton is a leading oilfield service provider and its Landmark suite of programs are used around the world in upstream activities.

The software includes geosciences, economics, reservoir management, and drilling and completions. With this generous donation, Mississippi State will be able to better prepare our students for the workplace. This software grant allows us to achieve the right balance of theory and practice so that our graduates will be best prepared for the increasing challenges facing energy providers.
