Do you know your blood type?

We are seeking blood donors for all blood types. If you would be willing to donate a small vial of blood via the Longest Health Center trained personnel, please contact Ms. Kaela Leonard at kaela.m.leonard@gmail.com or 781-929-2588 to schedule an appointment. For any questions regarding the research, contact Dr. Adrienne Minerick at minerick@che.msstate.edu or 325-7323.

You will be asked to provide proof of blood type (Red Cross card is fine), but other personal information will not be recorded and be kept completely confidential. You will need to give your consent for donation; the forms are below. If you would like, a small monetary gift of $5 will be given to you for your donation. If you chose this option, you will need to sign a form and this must be reported to the IRS.
